Pastoral Council:
Budgets for five Commissions are done.

Formation; chairperson; topics for discussion; special mass for
children.
Outreach:
We discussed the need for Outreach to welcome new

outline what the informational booklet should contain and we are
looking for input from others as soon as possible.
Worship:
The music ministry is preparing a special music
program for Fr. Burke’s last mass. This will be performed at the 10:30
mass on June 28 th.
A large chorus, and soloists and special instruments will be used. The
commission worked on its goals for the next year. We would like to
increase participation in Adoration and the weekly Rosary. We need to
educate the parish about these prayer opportunities. We are planning
the training of Eucharist Ministers and increase outreach to the
sick. This summer we plan to work on a Ministry Fair in conjunction
with the other commissions.

Arrangements have been made for the Anniversarians
Mass which will take place on June 21 at 10:30 and the reception which
will follow immediately afterward. The coffee hours are scheduled
through June, will not be scheduled for July and August, and will
resume in fall, hopefully on 1 st

Sunday of each month. Jim Fresia

sale committee has been formed; chairs are Kathleen Connors and JoAnn
Murch; volunteers will follow. Barb and Nancy Agostini will chair the
bake sale.

constraints due to personal and family member illnesses. The committee
extends its sincere thanks for their service during this past
formative year. Jim and John need to be replaced. Any parishioner
